Tollywood star Pawan Kalyan has been selected for the Indo European Business Forum (IEBF) Excellence Award for the year 2017. The award will be presented to him during the Global Business Summit on November 17th at the House of Lords, London. Pawan Kalyan is currently shooting for a film in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas and has recently returned from a schedule in Bangkok. He is also the founder and President of political outfit Jana Sena which is expected to contest the elections in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in 2019.
Pawan Kalyan himself recently said that he would be contesting from Anantapur in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. Against this backdrop, the IBEF award is expected to enhance his stature and standing in society ahead of the polls.
Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s film with Trivikram Srinivas is under shooting stage now. The makers have changed the release date of this film several times unofficially. There is a talk in the Film Nagar that focusing on the quality has delayed the shoot.
On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan is in a typical situation where he has to accommodate his time to politics and Trivikram film. He is planning to focus on full-time politics as soon as he wraps up the shoot. They have initially thought that the shoot will be completed by either August or September but it kept on delaying.
This has had an impact on the Pawan’s political calendar. It is known that Pawan has recently traveled abroad for the shoot. He completed his part and landed in London today(Friday). He is going to receive the Excellency award which is to be conferred by India-European Business Forum.
Pawan has acted in 25 films in his career if we include the Trivikram directorial but his awards count is less. In such a situation, his new award which is to be conferred by a foreign forum has become a topic of discussion. Pawan is going to stay in London for two more days on this trip. He will attend in a few other programmes in London in these two days.
